Servers keep all data in a reliable RAID10 array on the host system. This provides fault-tolerance in case of hardware defects. They are optimized for high I/O performance and low latency and are especially suited for applications which require fast access to disks with low latency, such as databases.

Right now we are focusing on support for Linux as an operating system. If you wish, you may install Windows on your own, and we have seen successful installations done. However, we will not provide any support for Windows.

When searching for the physical location of an IP address, the information provided is usually based on data from the Internet service providers (ISPs) associated with that IP range. This data comes from the regional Internet registries (RIRs), which allocate IP address blocks to ISPs. In Europe, the responsible registry is RIPE NCC. If you want to check the location of an IP address, you can visit www.ripe.net.

Please note that the accuracy of IP location data can vary, and it is not always 100% reliable. This is because the location is determined by the allocation of IP address blocks, and the actual user location may be different from what is registered in the database.

Yes, it is possible to change your tariff plan. To do so, go to the 'Virtual Servers' section, select your service, and click on the 'Change Tariff' button at the top. In the new window, choose the desired tariff plan. The process is fully automated and does not require our intervention. Please note that during the change of your VPS service, the server will be temporarily unavailable.
